This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1824 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any of the services provided by the 1824 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect automatically from the moment you first use the platform, whether through the official website or the 1824 mobile app. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to immediately stop using the platform and close your account if one exists. 1824 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment will be deemed full acceptance of the updated terms.
The 1824 platform operates exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older and who are located in jurisdictions where online betting activity is permitted. Users who register are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in betting activities is lawful under the local laws applicable to them. 1824 is not responsible for any legal violations committed by users as a result of accessing this platform from unauthorised jurisdictions. All services are provided on an "as is" basis, subject to availability and prevailing technical conditions. Users acknowledge that they understand the risks associated with betting activities and accept full responsibility for their decisions.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1824 platform at any given time. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately without any refund of outstanding balances. 1824 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of platform use, including requesting supporting documents such as a national ID or passport. Users who fail to meet identity verification requirements may be unable to proceed with financial transactions until the verification process is complete.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 1824 recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to protect your account from unauthorised access. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends, as you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 1824 support team immediately and change your password. 1824 will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 1824 platform agree to use all services provided solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The use of this platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, market manipulation, or any action that may compromise the integrity of games and betting conducted on this platform is strictly prohibited. Users are not permitted to employ automated software, bots, or any technological tools designed to exploit the platform's systems, including but not limited to data scrapers, betting automation, and game outcome manipulation. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or attack 1824's systems constitutes a serious violation and may result in legal action and permanent account termination. 1824 reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
Users are also expected to conduct themselves respectfully and ethically in all interactions on the platform, including in live chat rooms or any forums provided. Posting content that is obscene, threatening, abusive, racist, or that infringes the rights of any other party is strictly prohibited. 1824 reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to take action against the users involved without prior notice. Users found to have engaged in fraud or promotion abuse will forfeit all related bonuses, winnings, and balances without compensation. All decisions made by 1824 regarding terms violations are final and binding.

Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 1824 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) to provide a seamless experience for local users with no additional currency conversion charges. Our platform supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including online banking via FPX, approved e-wallets, and direct bank transfers to designated accounts. Each deposit is subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by 1824, which may be revised from time to time in accordance with company policy or regulatory compliance requirements. Users are required to ensure that all deposited funds belong to them and originate from legitimate sources, and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified by 1824, typically between one and five business days depending on the chosen payment method and any required verification process. 1824 reserves the right to delay or withhold any payment pending investigation if suspicious or unusual activity is detected on a user's account. Any transaction costs or processing fees imposed by third-party financial institutions are the responsibility of the user and not 1824. Users are not permitted to initiate chargebacks through their bank or payment provider without first contacting the 1824 support team to resolve the dispute. Any unauthorised chargeback will be treated as fraud and may result in account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
1824 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of betting funds, service interruptions, or technical errors. The 1824 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event of technical disruptions, system failures, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters or third-party network outages, 1824 will not bear any liability for losses suffered by users. In any case, the maximum total liability of 1824 to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim. Users agree to waive all claims against 1824 arising from use of this platform beyond the limits stated herein.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1824 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, images, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 1824 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law and relevant international agreements. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent from 1824. The use of the 1824 brand name or logo in any form without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas submitted by users to 1824 may be used by us without any obligation to provide compensation. 1824 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

Such links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply that 1824 endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective websites. 1824 has no control over any products, services, or content provided by third parties and makes no representations regarding their quality or reliability. Users are advised to read and understand the privacy policy and terms of use of any third-party site before engaging with it.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
1824 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms and conditions violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request. If your account is suspended pending investigation, all outstanding balances and winnings will be frozen for the duration of the investigation, and 1824 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during that period. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 1824 support team, and any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve consecutive months may be subject to administrative charges or automatic closure in accordance with 1824's prevailing policy. Any funds remaining in an account that is permanently closed due to a terms violation will be forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
1824 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in response to business needs, legislative changes, or applicable regulatory requirements. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the website or sent via email to registered users; however, it remains the user's responsibility to check this page regularly for the latest information. Continued use of the 1824 platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed full acceptance of the revised terms. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes relating to the use of the 1824 platform.
